As of March 20th it is the start of the Spring Equinox, it is a little earlier than last year but there's nothing better to add a little spring in your step. I like how the days are bright for longer and when we wakeup in the morning we get to capture the beautiful sun rise.
What should we do when Spring Equinox is round the corner?
Let's break this down, spring is the season to blossom and to bring growth in your life. It's also the perfect time to plant seeds in the garden or metaphorically speaking it's plant things in your life that you want to see grow.
In pagan ritual for the Spring Equinox a woman and a man are chosen to act out the roles of Spring God an Goddess, play out courtship and symbolically planting seeds.
It's such a great time for you to set some new intentions for yourself, greet the sun that's always been there it's just now it wants to shine brighter and so should you. Also there is a reason why it's called "spring clean", cleansing your home and yourself is a great step in lifting the mood and your energy. It's your time to blossom.
